The OPPO A12 is a low-cost smartphone with a number of amazing features. It has a sharp display, the usual 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and an intriguing AI-based dual camera arrangement on the back. The Oppo A12 mobile phone was introduced in April of 2020. The phone has a 6.22-inch touchscreen with 720 x 1520 pixel resolution. The screen is shielded by a pane of Gorilla Glass for your safety. The brains behind Oppo A12 is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) CPU. It has 3GB of memory space. The Oppo A12 has a 4230mAh battery that is not removable and runs on Android 9.
The Oppo A12 is powered by ColorOS 6.1.2, which is based on Android 9, and comes with 32GB of built-in storage that can be upgraded by microSD card (up to 256GB) via a dedicated slot. Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards are both supported by the Oppo A12, making it a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) device. Weighting in at 165.00 grammes, the Oppo A12 has dimensions of 155.90 x 75.50 x 8.30mm (height x width x thickness). At its debut, both black and blue versions were available. The whole thing is made out of polycarbonate.
There are two cameras on the back of the Oppo A12. The main camera is 13 megapixels (f/2.2, 1.12um-micron), while the secondary camera is 2 megapixels (f/2.4). The focusing system is available for the back camera. There’s a 5 megapixel camera up front for self-portraits, with an f/2.4 aperture and 1.12um-micron pixels.
The Oppo A12 supports dual 4G on both SIM cards and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, 3G, and 4G (including compatibility for Band 40 used by select LTE networks in India). The phone has a number of sensors, including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and a fingerprint sensor. Oppo A12 prices in India begin at Rs. 7,990 as of July 21st, 2022.
